WHAT IS FREEZE
DRYING?

STEP 1:

The freshest FRUITS are picked, cleaned & sliced.

STEP 2:

We then flash FREEZE in a vaccum chamber where 98% of moisture is VAPOURIZED!

STEP 3:

The FRUIT is then sealed in moisture & oxygen proof packages for freshness.

Freeze drying food is a process that removes 98% of the food's water content, giving it a longer shelf life whilst retaining all the flavour, and importantly all the nutrition.

Freeze dried food is still rich in antioxidants, potassium and fibre and are still counted as on of your 5 a day.

Freeze dried fruits are a quick and convenient way of eating plenty of fruit and vegetables. Our freeze dried fruits are a great healthy and nutritious snack, afterall it's just fruit!

What is Vacuum
Frying ?

STEP 1:

The freshest VEG is picked, cleaned & sliced.

STEP 2:

We then use just a smidge of RICE BRAN OIL to fry at very low temperature.

STEP 3:

The VEG is then sealed in moisture & oxygen proof packages for freshness

Vacuum frying is a process involving machine that pressurises and cooks vegetables with the use of hot oil, but at much lower temperature than traditional frying methods.

The whole process is carried out in a vacuum which lowers the water's evaporation point and the food absorbs far less oil. Vacuum frying makes much lower fat, more nutritious snacks without sacrificing taste.

We use just 2% Rice bran oil, which is rich in anti-oxidants and also phytosterols (shown to lower cholesterol )
